Hi, I am Jessica Shelley and I am the Founder and CEO of ScaleUp Bridge and Co-Founder of Elev8™, part of the Industry Rockstar Group®.

I established these companies due to the high failure rate of startups when scaling. Only 3% of American startups become scaleups, and the numbers are lower in Europe. Through 15 years of research and learning, I have gained insight into success and failure factors.

My mission is to help companies achieve sustainable and profitable growth by implementing proven processes. The recovering macroeconomic climate is experiencing change at a faster pace than ever before, with many leaders facing increasing levels of ambiguity.

Scaleups, though accounting for less than three percent of all businesses, are major employers and drive innovation. Building ecosystems to support their growth is essential, creating employment opportunities and shaping future generations.

Meet Our Founder

Jessica Shelley

Jessica Shelley is a Co-Founder of Elev8™ (Part of the Industry Rockstar® Group) and the Founder of ScaleUp Bridge. Jessica developed a passion for scaling during her 15+ years in business, spent researching and learning what makes some companies become scaleups, while the other 97% fail to do so. During this time she discovered implementable distinctions that set the three percent apart from the rest.

Jessica has led functions and international projects at global enterprise companies, as well as having led some of Europe’s fastest-growing startups in a C-level capacity. She spearheaded several corporate turnarounds that resulted in triple-digit increases in both profitability and year-over-year revenue growth.

Jessica co-founded a global scaling mastermind and international community with some of America’s foremost entrepreneurs. She has helped manage investments in an international startup studio’s product portfolio that generated more than €500 million in new market value and helped a small startup become the Nordic market leader in electronic signatures in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Jessica held Senior Management Consultant and Head of Human Resources positions, achieving award-winning results for both high-growth startups and Fortune 500 industry leaders.
